So we had to pay two room charges for the first night stay. At checkout we were presented with a bill charging us for the two night upgrade of $107.00 per night and an additional $98.00 for the comp night. Dialed another extension and were told when you call from the room for anything the call is recieved in Las Vargas and forwarded to New Jersey for service. There was an occasion to call room service and no answer repeatedly as well front desk. Accepting the upgrade we lost the free night but agreed to pay &107.00 per night for two nights plus taxes and resort fees. First night was originally comped and second night $98.00, we agreed. Upon check in we were advised room was not ready but upgrade was available. Reservations made two weeks prior for Smokey Robinson Show which was comped and three day two night stay.
